We don’t like to brag because our work speaks for itself, BUT WE DON’T MIND WHEN OUR CUSTOMERS DO.
It’s pretty simple, do a great job and your customers will notice. If our customer takes the time to write about us after we’ve done work for them we take it seriously, it’s like an award, banner or badge, one that we will proudly display. I just wanted you to know how happy I am with the railings that have been installed, they are lovely. I do however, have one request. I noticed yesterday and then upon closer look today that some of the rails have open holes and many of the others have a cap on them where the rivets are. Seeing all those holes is rather annoying and ruins the finished piece. I would so deeply appreciate having all those open holes covered with black caps like the other sections have, please.
"I also want to let you know how professional and hardworking you three mend were/are yesterday when they were here. I even invited them in to sit in the house during the heavy rain we had and they declined and kept on working, I felt so bad for them. I know their clothes were soaking wet because I had to grab Don’s arm because I fall a lot and I didn’t want to fall down. I always fall backwards. That might be because of the brain tumor operation I had. He was very kind about me grabbing his arm. I did apologize to him.
"I have told my friends how pleased I am with the railing and the work your men were doing. Some even asked for the name of the company, I told them. I am sure that all right with you. If not, please let me know, I don’t want to offend you.
"I’m sorry that I have to type this note. Don can tell you that my right hand shakes so much that sometimes I have to have someone hold the paper down for me to write. I dropped a whole glass of ice tea at dinner last night; OMG did that run all over the place.
"Oh! I almost forgot to say thank you for the finding the brackets to attach the railing to that one pole at an angle. Oh, I am so, so very happy with that. God bless you for finding them! You should buy a bunch and keep them on hand for other jobs. It is such a great finishing touch rather than having one pole right beside another pole."
